While making films and animation, often times production finds themselves with a surplus of behind the scenes takes of actors and voice actors while filming, because of how long the process can be, and because of how well actors might work well together, they will often release a blooper reel from the filming process.
Voice actors are also extremely talented at improvisation, which can lead to some of your most favorite scenes, and create the biggest laughs from the audience. Some of my favorite examples of this come from movies like Aladdin, where Robin Williams had improvised almost 16 hours worth of dialogue! While working on Curtis Curly-Tail, our voice actors still have fun when it comes to recording and reading the script, just like Williams!
We hope these make you smile and laugh as much as they did for us!
Exciting things are on the way!
The past couple of weeks have been a busy one for the team, and we are all so excited as we begin wrapping the work on our next micro-episode of Curtis Curly-Tail, and I cannot wait to continue to show you all the amazing details and process that goes into this! Curtis Curly-Tail has been a project that continues to spur creativity and drive to make it better and better each time, not without going through our definite challenges. Brad and I have worked hard together, crossing the finish line, to be brought down by a hurdle we weren’t expecting. But each obstacle only pushes us to work even harder!
